Anthropic is discussing an IPO that could raise as much as 100 billion dollars, which would value the Claude maker at around 2 trillion dollars. Nvidia is reportedly considering becoming an anchor investor, weighing a stake of up to 10 billion dollars. If it happens at these numbers, it would be the largest IPO in history, beating SpaceX’s 85.7 billion dollar debut from earlier this year. It is also a massive jump from Anthropic’s 965 billion dollar valuation after its funding round back in May.
