One thing stands out: the S26 and S26+ now cost less in the UAE than in the USA once you convert, even after adding VAT. UAE retailers such as noon, Amazon.ae, Sharaf DG and Jumbo also run regular bundle deals, so prices are often below these launch figures.

The S26 and S26+ share the same camera system and chip, so the main differences between them are screen size, screen sharpness, battery and charging speed. The Ultra is a step up in nearly every way, especially the camera.

Galaxy S26: Best Compact Samsung Phone

The 6.3-inch Galaxy S26 is the phone for people who want flagship power in a size that fits easily in one hand and in a pocket. It has the same Galaxy AI features as its bigger siblings and the same 50MP main, 12MP ultra wide and 10MP 3x telephoto cameras as the S26+.

Galaxy S26+: Best Value Big-Screen Model

The Galaxy S26+ gives you a larger, sharper 6.7-inch QHD+ display, a 4,900mAh battery and 45W charging. For many buyers, that makes it the sweet spot of the series: a big, sharp screen and better battery life without paying Ultra prices.

Galaxy S26 Ultra: Best Camera and Most Features

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is the most complete phone in the lineup. It adds a 200MP main camera with a wider f/1.4 aperture for better low-light photos, a 50MP ultra wide, a 5x periscope telephoto, a built-in S Pen, 60W charging that reaches about 75% in roughly 30 minutes, and Privacy Display.

Privacy Display is the biggest new feature. It changes how the screen’s pixels emit light, so the display looks normal from the front but is hard to read from the side. You can turn it on for notifications, for specific apps such as banking, or when typing a PIN. According to 91mobiles, it needs display hardware the S26 and S26+ do not have, so it is an Ultra-only feature.

All three phones share the same Galaxy AI experience, so you do not need the Ultra to get Samsung’s newest AI tools:

In the USA, all three models use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. In the UAE and most other markets, the S26 and S26+ use Samsung’s own Exynos 2600, while the S26 Ultra uses Snapdragon everywhere.

For everyday tasks, social media, photos and most games, both chips are fast and you are unlikely to notice a difference. If you play demanding games for long sessions or want the exact same chip as the USA model, the S26 Ultra is the only UAE model with Snapdragon.
